Discover the Tradition, Peace, and Power of the Labyrinth

Sharing a Journey
Many people hesitate to walk a labyrinth, fearing they’ll get lost. I once felt the same way. Years ago, while living in Buffalo, New York, I was invited to a candlelight labyrinth walk. Though intrigued, I declined. I worried I wouldn’t do it the “right way.”
It wasn’t until I moved to California and began exploring spiritual retreats that I finally stepped onto a labyrinth path. With helpful guidance, I discovered a profound truth: there is no right or wrong way. Unlike a maze, a labyrinth has a single, winding path leading to the center — offering not confusion, but clarity. With each step, something stirred deep within me, though I couldn’t yet explain it.
Then, one evening beneath a canopy of oak trees, I walked a familiar labyrinth in silence, the occasional call of a crow breaking the stillness. In that moment of peace, a vision came to me — I saw myself leading labyrinth walks around the world. My heart soared. I had found my purpose.
Today, as a Certified Labyrinth Facilitator through Veriditas, I help others experience the healing, insight, and transformation that labyrinth walks can offer. I have led walks for churches, grief memorials, World Labyrinth Day, and sacred seasons such as Lent and Advent. Whether you seek a meaningful way to honor a loved one, mark a life transition, or create a reflective space for your community, I would be honored to guide your journey.
Let’s walk together.

“The unicursal path of the labyrinth is what differentiates it and sets it apart as a spiritual tool. The labyrinth does not engage our thinking minds. It invites our intuitive, pattern-seeking, symbolic mind to come forth. It presents us with only one, but profound, choice. To enter a labyrinth is to choose to walk a spiritual path.”
